O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 30.11.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30096 of 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for Respondents 2 and 3 that, a sum of Rs.1,62,750/- due to the Petitioner has been paid to her by way of Cheque on 27.08.2014 and accepting the same, the Petitioner gave a Receipt on 28.08.2014.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for Respondents 2 and 3, the Contempt Petition may be closed, giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out her remedy, if there is any discrepancy in the calculation of the amount paid. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioner to put forth her grievance, if any, in the manner known to law.
