Q1: What is your relationship with plaintiff? A: Plaintiff is my son and I am the power agent of my son. Q2: Do you handle all it his financial?

A: Yes, Witness adds; my son himself also handle finance. Since his been traveling the lot hence I'm in the power.

Q3: Where you a party to the Ex.P3 sale agreement dated 03.06.2017 ? A: I initiated negotiation to buy the property on behalf of plaintiff. But the agreement was not signed by me.

Q4: What is the sale consideration ?

A: 10.5 Crores.

Q5: How much have you paid in advance ?

A: Rupees 1 Crores paid as advance.

Q6: What is the time limitation prescribed for competition of sale? A: I did not ask for any time limit as I withdrew negotiation. Q7: I put it you that because of failure of complete the sale with in prescribed time limit that defendant was put to huge loss ? A: I deny.

Q8: I put you that you failed to act in good faith in completing the sale? A: I deny.

Q9: I put you there is a specific time limit specified in the sale agreement to complete the sale more specifically within 30 days from the date of sale agreement?

A: I not bound to do it.

Q10: I put to you that the defendant believed you that you will complete the sale deed as mentioned in the sale agreement and now has become a ScapeGoat ?

A: I disagree to that.

Q11: Whether you had that remaining sale consideration in your bank account to complete the sale?

A: Yes

Q12: Have you filed any documents to show that you have Solvency to complete that sale deed as per the sale agreement? A: I have not filed.

Q13: I put to you that because you do not have solvency to complete the sale the defendant was put to huge loss?

A: I disagree.
