This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.04.2019 passed in E.P.No.138 of 2011 in O.S.No.162 of 2003 on the file of Principal Sub-Court, Villupuram.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel for petitioners and respondents appeared and submitted a joint compromise memo dated 12.09.2022 arrived between the parties. Accordingly, on recording the joint memo of compromise and also on the acceptance of terms of compromise by both the petitioners and the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The term of Joint memo of compromise shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 10.10.2022 rpp To Principal Sub-Judge, Villupuram.
