... Defendants This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.P.Harikrishnan for B.Rabu Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, Standing Counsel for the Anna University / Fifth respondent & 7th Respondent and Mr.Kandhan Duriasamy, learned counsel for the sixth respondent are present. TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The writ petitioner claiming to be qualified for MCA joined the Course but later on, found out not qualified. Therefore, on his requests or otherwise he was transferred from MCA to MBA course in the same college.
2. As represented by the counsel, the petitioner had also completed the course and left to the college. To that effect, the sixth respondent/college have also produced certain documents. Hence, as per the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which is endorsed by the other side also, the case has to be disposed of.
3. In view of the endorsements made by both the counsels, the writ petition has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Consequently connected the Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.
The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
