The prayer in the present petition is to direct the 2nd respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in respect of the property which is the subject matter in O.S.No.50 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Rasipuram.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
