ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend time for surrender before the Honble Fast Track Mahila Court Tiruppur in Crl OP No. 5962/2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5962 of 2020 dated 19.03.2020 with certain conditions. He would further submit that due to pandemic situation, he could not surrender before the learned Fast Track Mahil Court, Tiruppur.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Fast Track Mahil Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tiruppur as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.5962 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020, from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
