Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to Resolution No. 76/2019 dated 24.01.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent referring the complaint of the 3rd and 4th respondents to the Disciplinary Committee for adjudication without considering the reply of the petitioner dated 11.12.2018 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
