ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in this case, the petitioners have given a representation dated 27.09.2025 to survey the land

in Survey No.547 measuring an extent of 5.54 acre situated at Gundur Village, Pallikattupatti, Kolli Hills Taluk, Namakkal District and fix the boundaries with police Assistance. Till date the same has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the Official respondents would submit that the respondents will consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2025 and in the event, if any direction is issued for police protection to measure the property, the same will be complied with.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Official respondents.

5. In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' representation dated 27.09.2025 and complete the survey with the help of Police protection. In the event if any assistance is sought for by the Officials, the concerned jurisdictional Police is directed to provide Police protection to survey and demarcating the properties by laying survey stones. It is made clear that in the event if the possession of the property is disputed after the survey and laying survey stones, the Officials shall not indulge in any way for taking over the possession of the properties and the same can be carried out

by following the due process of law i.e., by approaching the civil Court for recovery of possession. The 4th respondent is directed to complete the said exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
