This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7188 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 in Crime No.733 of 2024 on the file of respondent police that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7188 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 in Crime No.733 of 2024 on the file of respondent police that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders is relaxed.
