PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent under order dated 10.05.2024 vide Memo No.486/BCDFGISSSV/2024 detaining the detenue J.Suresh Paul under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenue J.Suresh paul, son of I.Jones, aged 41 years, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty.
