The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 02.04.2025 and consequently restore the Second Appeal in S.A.No.692 of 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the respondents.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the order dated 02.04.2025 made in S.A.No.692 of 2018 is set aside and the Second Appeal stands restored.
