] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the Judgment and conviction passed in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2023 dated 12.02.2024 by the learned Special Court to deal with cases related to POCSO Act, Dharmapuri.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
