Since there are disputed questions of fact involved, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and seeks liberty to file an appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 26.08.2010 passed by Additional District Munsif Court, Vellore in O.S. No.16 of 2007 in accordance with law.
