1. Learned counsel for the appellant prays to grant some further time to comply with the order of this court dated 17.12.2024, directing to file the translated copies of the judgment of the trial court and other connected documents before the final arguments took place.

2. Accordingly, as prayed by the learned counsel for the appellant, a further period of three weeks is granted to file the translated copies of the judgment of the trial court and other connected documents. It is made clear that no further time will be granted in future.

3. Put up this case for "Final Hearing"on 06.03.2025 before the appropriate Bench.
