O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.8456 of 2006 dated 01.04.2013, the pensionary benefits are paid to the writ petitioner and the writ petitioner is receiving the monthly pension also. However, the learned counsel states that the benefit of Dearness Allowance has not been paid along with the pension.

2.This Court is of the view that the order passed by this Court dated 01.04.2013 has been complied with, by disbursing the pension and the writ petitioner continues to receive the pension. In respect of other grievances relating to the non-payment of dearness allowance etcetera, the writ petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same by way of separate proceedings. Thus, this Court cannot consider the other grounds raised in this contempt petition. In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court on 01.04.2013 has been complied with. 3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
