ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the Nellikuppam Police Station at Cuddalore every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders which was passed on 31.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12608 of 2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied the conditions imposed by this Court for the entire month of September at Nellikuppam Police Station. He would further submit that since the petitioner being a driver, he is unable to attend his duty regularly. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that though the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions, several complaints are being received against the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OPNo.12608 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
