Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.489 of 2015 dated 17.2.2015 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge at Tiruvallur.
2. Condition has been imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge of Thiruvallur while granting bail.
3. Petitioner is a business man. He is having a family in Chennai. He is residing in Chennai. Since the date of imposition, as on date, petitioner is regularly complying with the condition. There is no allegation that he caused interference in doing investigation by the respondent.
