ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a property dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to interfere with the property dispute and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
