2. This Court, under orders dated 20.06.2019, directed respondents to release petitioner's vehicle viz., Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-73-W-7643.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that by inadvertence, in the Writ Petition as well as in the affidavit, the subject vehicle has been mentioned as 'Lorry' instead of 'Tractor and Trailer' and prays this Court to substitute 'Tractor and Trailer' in the place of 'Lorry' in the order dated 20.06.2019.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the submission of learned counsel for petitioner is correct.

Considering the submissions made, this Court directs the Registry to substitute 'Tractor and Trailer' in the place of 'Lorry' in the order dated 20.06.2019 and issue fresh order copy at the cost of petitioner.
