O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. in M.C.No.16 of 2014, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent viz., The Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchengodu, Namakkal District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents would submit that subsequently the enquiry was completed and the case itself was disposed of on merits on 15.02.2016.

3.In view of the subsequent development that the case in M.C.No.16 of 2014 itself was disposed of, nothing further survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
