Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Respondents from insisting for passing of Teacher Eligibility Test against the Petitioner to continue in service in the post of B.T. Assistant (English) in 5th Respondent School and consequently directing the Respondents to sanction annual increment and other service benefits in favour of the petitioner along with interest for delay in payment of service benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
