This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking direction to the 3rd and 4th respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 24.11.2018 given to the 1st and 2nd respondents. 2.The counter has been filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. He would further submit that the respondent police will follow the guidelines given in D.K.Basu Ashok K.Jhori - Vs. State of West Bengal. The police will not harass the petitioner and police will take necessary action only in accordance with law.
3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
