The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to transfer the fourth respondent to some other district based on his representation dated 05.05.2016 and reminder representation dated 20.06.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 jointly submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the fourth respondent was transferred and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
