J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge is to the direction issued by the Writ Court for payment of the terminal benefits to the legal heirs of the deceased workman. The order that was challenged before the Writ Court is an order passed in a claim petition, the award has already become final.

2. Therefore, we see no merit in the Writ Appeal, the Writ Appeal is therefore dismissed. However, the time granted by the learned Single Judge is extended by a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
