2.When the matter is taken up for the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 3.In view of the above submission and the endorsement so made, this this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.

4.Since the matter is pending from the year 2014, the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, is directed to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.1 of 2014, pending on his file, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
