minutes of NCTE - SRC in its 365th Meeting dated 01.11.2018 and the 370th meeting dated 08.02.2019, under the NCTE Regulations 2014, (In WMP.NO.18093/2021) pending disposal of the above WP.NO.21122/2017 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.FATHER XAVIER ARULRAJ, SENIOR COUNSEL for M/S.FATHER XAVIER ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.T.RAMESH, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- It is seen from records that right from the academic year 2017 - 2018, this Court has been passing orders every year permitting the petitioner institution to admit the students, as per the sanctioned strength. Therefore, a similar order can be passed in this writ Miscellaneous petition also.

Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner institution to admit the students as per the sanctioned strength for the academic year 2021-2022 also. The admissions made by the petitioner institution will be, subject to the final result in the writ petition.
