This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition as "to issue any Writ, Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent dated 12.12.2014 bearing File No.11/421/2012-13/ECA-1/666 and consequently, the Order-in-Original dated 12.04.2013 passed from File No.04/24/040/00226/AM05 by the third respondent herein and to direct the third respondent to issue Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) to the petitioner for redemption liability under Advance Licence No.0410066110 dated 10/01/2005 Instead of "to issue any Writ, Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent's Order-in-Review bearing Ref. F.No.18/40/2014-16/ECAI, 1437 dated 04.11.2015 and quash the same and to direct the third respondent to issue Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) to the petitioner for redemption liability under Advance Licence No.0410066110 dated 10/01/2005."

Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, to amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition is allowed and the petition is ordered.
