The Original Petition has been filed by the father of the minor children Vinisha Priyan, aged about 11 years and minor Vinay Priyan, aged about 8 years, seeking permanent custody. Pending the Original Petition, the father seeks interim custody/visitation rights.

2. The children are admittedly in the custody of the mother and they are attending School. The learned counsel for the respondent/mother would submit that the mother is prepared to agree for an arrangement for visitation on any two Saturdays in a month.

3. Considering the same, the father is permitted to take the children from the residence of the mother at No.109, Podhigai Street, Subramania Nagar, Thirumulaivoyal, Chennai 600 062, on every second and fourth Saturday of the month at 10.00 a.m. in the morning and drop the children back at the same place at 6.00 p.m in the evening. The first visitation will start on 27.07.2019. This application is disposed of with the above direction.
