ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the decree and judgment obtained by the petitioner for declaration and permanent injunction, the private respondents are causing hindrance to the petitioner's possession and so far as the complaint given by the petitioner has not been enquired. Hence, he seeks police protection.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents police. 2/4

4. In such view of the matter, the second respondent police is directed to enquire the complaint given by the petitioner and take action as per law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
