Prayer: This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to grant stay the operation of the judgment and decree of the Sub Judge at Uthangarai dated 14.12.2018 made in A.S No.3 of 2015 confirming the judgment and decree in O.S No.4 of 2012 dated 23.12.2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, pending disposal of the above second appeal.
