ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to release registered Power Deed document pending in the custody of third respondent in Doc.No.P/Sowcarpet/37/2020 in receipt No.1398/2020, dated 20.08.2020.

2. There is No Appearance for the petitioner. Heard, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted Power Deed document for registration before the third respondent and he was issued Receipt No.1398 of 2020 on 20.08.2020.

4. However, it is still pending on the file of the third respondent without releasing the same after registration or passed an order of rejection.

5. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to pass order to register the said document or refuse to register the same with a valid reason, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
