(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we are not inclined to entertain this Public Interest Litigation. The proceedings are stated to have been pending before the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority.

The learned counsel appearing for the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority states that the proceedings will be concluded within a maximum period of three months. The said statement is taken on record.

2. The writ petition is dismissed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
