SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner vide order dated 19.01.2017 made in Crl.MP.No.843/2017 in Crl.A.No.35/2017. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor [CBI Cases] who would submit that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court without any default.

In view of the above, the condition imposed vide order dated 19.01.2017, is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of August 2019 and thereafter, once in two months pending appeal. The petitioner is also exempted from appearing before the Trial Court on 01.07.2019.
