This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition 8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12590 of 2024 dated 24.05.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, directed him to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2024. He further submitted that the petitioner is unable to raise the said amount, hence, he sought to modify the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the amount as Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) instead of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2024 by the petitioner. Further, the time granted by this Court to comply with the condition No.8 in Crl.O.P.No.12590 of 2024 shall be extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
