ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for modification of the order passed by the Court below, by imposing stringent condition to the accused so as to ensure his presence for effective disposal of the case.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. If the accused person did not comply with the condition or is not present at the time of hearing before the Court, the Court below is always entitled to cancel the bail bond under Section 446 (A) of Cr.P.C.
