ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to order passed in Crl.R.C.No.12 of 2004 on 08.05.2005 pending on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram partly allowing the MC No.7 of 1999 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Ulundurpet.

2. It is seen that the respondents had filed a maintenance petition in M.C.No.7 of 1999 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ulundurpet, wherein the learned Magistrate had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.500/- each to the respondents as maintenance, as against which the petitioner filed a revision in Crl.R.C.No.12 of 2004 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, which was dismissed, as against which the present petition has been filed by the petitioner, but the same amounts to second revision. the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ulundurpet has ordered only Rs.500/- each to the respondents as such this Court finds no merits to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
