By representation dated 07.05.2015, the petitioner sought for particulars with reference to the allotment order as per allotment letter dated 29.04.1997 with respect to the MIG Plot No.39 under the Thirumalaigiri Housing unit. Though the said representation has been acknowledged, followed by a remainder dated 15.07.2015, no reply has been given. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
