O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to take immediate action to against the third respondent who failed to exercise his power under Section 173 & 174 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksh Sanhita and to remove the lock installed by the fourth respondent on the Lakshmi Motors at No.348, Saibaba Nagar, Vaniyambadi Main Road, Tirupattur, based on the petitioner's complaints dated 28.03.2025 and 21.04.2025 and register a case as against the fourth respondent and proceed in accordance with law. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
