This Criminal Appeal is filed against the order of acquittal in a private complaint initiated under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The impugned order is dated 08.04.2014. The private complainant preferred appeal before this Court in the year 2014. Later, for want of jurisdiction, it was transferred to II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruppur. Again pursuant to the order of the Division Bench, the case was re-transferred to this Court.
