Respondents in the above Writ Petitions W.P.No.34817 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order of the first respondent vide R.No.A3/50958/2005 dated 25.08.2015 and to quash the same and further to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application for the grant of minibus permit on the route Dharmapuri Town bus Stand to Kullannur Jack & Jill School as per the orders of the third respondent in Appeal No.267/2007 dated 03.07.2007. W.P.No.34818 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order of the first respondent vide R.No.

A3/50959/2005 dated 25.08.2015 and to quash the same and further to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application for the grant of minibus permit on the route Dharmapuri Town bus Stand to Kullannur Jack & Jill School as per the orders of the third respondent in Appeal No.268/2007 dated 03.07.2007.

COMMON ORDER It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that against the impugned orders, the petitioner is inclined to file appeals before the appellate authority and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to do so.

2. Considering the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to file appeals against the impugned orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the appeals shall be entertained by the authority concerned without raising the issue of limitation and dispose of the same, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
