ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time by another two weeks for executing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate-2 Krishnagiri as per order in Crl.OP.No.10244/2020 dated 11.09.2020 of this Honourable Court 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10244 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020 on certain conditions. He would further submit that the petitioner had already deposited a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu Clerk Association, Madras High Court and seeks further time to comply the other conditions.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute sureties before the Judicial Magistrate-II Krishnagir from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
