ORDER
This writ petition is listed today for admission. Taking note of the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition and the direction proposed to be issued by this Court to the respondents, this Court is not inclined to issue notice to the respondents.
2. The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2021 for sanctioning Education loan for his son named P.Udhayaprabhu to pursue his Bachelor of Engineering education.
3. According to the petitioner, he is a practising Advocate and his son Mr.P.Ydhayaprabhu is studying B.E first year Mechanical Engineering, at Arni.
He applied for educational loan on 22.03.2021 with all the required documentary evidence, as required by the respondents bank through online. However, on 31.05.2021 the second respondent orally refused to sanction educational loan for his son inasmuch as the petitioner is a practising Advocate.
He therefore submitted a representation dated 02.06.2021 to the respondents bank, but it was not considered. Finding no other option, he has come up with this writ petition for the aforesaid relief.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

The petitioner has submitted an application on 22.03.2021 to the respondents bank seeking disbursement of educational loan for payment of fee to the college where his son is pursuing first year of the course. It is claimed that the petitioner, along with his application, has submitted all the required documentary evidence, as required by the respondents bank. While so, it is for the respondents bank to process the application of the petitioner and to pass order thereof in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2021, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
