From the records, it is seen that the petitioner has sought for certain particulars from the respondent no.1 on 21.09.2014. As the particulars sought for were not given, an appeal was preferred before the respondent no.2 on 01.10.2014. A further appeal is said to have been filed to the respondent no.3 on 23.02.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

2.When the Second Appeal is pending before the respondent no.3, the petitioner cannot seek the relief as sought for.
