ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM , J] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence made in SC.No.83 of 2019 dated 20.05.2024 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that A3 to A6 have filed petition for suspension of sentence was rejected by this Court in Crl.MP.No.7874 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.675 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024.

3. We have perused the evidences and we found no reasons to consider the petition at present, as far the petitioners/A1 and A2 are concerned.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
