O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2017 and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct cultural programme from 06.08.2017 to 08.08.2017 at Sri Thangalan Thangalatchiamman Temple at Kamaraj Nagar, Arni Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District with police aid. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondents on 28.07.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple from 06.08.2017 to 08.08.2017, the respondents have not passed orders till today.

3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 04.08.2017. 5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
