The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the case pending trial in SC.320 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Alleging that the Special Public Prosecutor is deliberately delaying the trial, the present criminal original petition is filed for a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court to complete the trial expeditiously.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the Special Public Prosecutor against whom the allegations made, had been transferred and new Special Public Prosecutor is appointed and assure that there will not be any delay in conducting the trial.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
