This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue hall ticket and to permit the petitioner's son Kotteeswaran, son of Shankar, B.E.Mechanical having registration No.810020114049) to sit for the VI semester exam B.E.Mechanical which is scheduled to be held from 03.06.2023.

This Court vide order dated 02.06.2023, directed the respondents to issue hall ticket and to permit the petitioner's son Kotteswaran, Son of Shankar, B.E.Mechanical Engineering having registration No.810020114049 to participate in the VI semester examination (B.E.,Mechanical Engineering), which was scheduled to be held on 03.06.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order dated 03.06.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner's son namely Kotteswaran was permitted to write the aforesaid examination, scheduled on 03.06.2023. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. 2/4

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner's son was permitted to write the VI Semester examination (B.E.Mechanical Engineering) held on 03.06.2023, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
