Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent relating to the Charge Memorandum dated 15.12.1997 bearing Ref.Na.Ka.No.E2/1800/1997 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager and Manager with effect from the dates of promotion of the petitioners juniors and permit the petitioner to retire with effect from 31.8.2010 and pay all the back wages, service retiral and other benefits with interest. Prayer in W.P.No.8847 of 2011:
