PRAYER: The Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C. against the Judgment and Decree in A.S.No.170 of 1999 on the file of District Court, Erode dated 31.03.1998 confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.2536 of 1991 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Munsif Court, Erode, dated 23.09.1997.

J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the first respondent had already died and subsequently the second respondent also died and the same was informed to the Legal Representatives of deceased respondents for filing appropriate petition to bring themselves on record. However, the Legal Representatives of the deceased respondents neither come forward to represent their estate nor have taken steps to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased respondents in the appeal.
