PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Record Clerk in the 5th respondent School in the regular sanctioned post from the date of initial appointment on 02.12.2013 and to make the payment of salary from the date of initial appointment along with interest will all consequential and other attendant benefits.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that in respect of grant of approval of appointment to the Non-teaching staff of the private aided school, this Court has passed several orders and the Government also issued G.O.Ms.No.64 of the School Education Department dated 02.04.2018. Thus, the present case of the writ petitioner is also to be considered based on the Government order passed in this regard.

2. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
